Fitness instructor, certified in water aerobics and yoga.  I have been lucky enough to have been a part of the Yoga Journal Convention in Estes Park for several years taking from many nationally recognized instructors. I love outside activities including downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking, biking as well at fitness classes at the recreation center. 

Accomplishments- My husband, Bill and I have brought up two beautiful (both inside and out) children. So far they are happy and healthy and on their way to being productive adults.
