1974 – 1978 St. Louis University  BS/BA in Accounting.  1979 Selig Chemical:  Sales of  industrial cleaners, 1980 Universal Match Corp.:  Advertising Sales, 1981  Glasco Electric:  Distribution of electrical supplies, 1982-1983 Automatic Data Processing:  Batch Processing Sales, 1984 -1985 Sensormatic Electronics:  Electronic article surveillance sales, 1986 – Present:  Victor Cohen Properties Inc:  Real Estate Brokerage, Construction and development with emphasis on buying and selling residential, commercial and investment properties.  Eighteen years in the business has given me exposure to buying and selling hundreds of homes, apartment buildings and complexes, office buildings and land deals.  New and rehab of residential and commercial properties.  I feel extremely fortunate that I have found a career that I am most passionate about.  It sure beats working for a living.  My wife and I live in Clayton with our ten year old daughter and we have just completed an extensive renovation of our home.  In my spare time I take neighborhood kids for rides in my golf cart:  Most often to Forest Park which has been great for exploration.  I play ice hockey four times a week during the winter and will be traveling up to Montreal this fall to play in a tournament.  Reading the bios of some of the people I hardly knew during high school has been an extremely touching experience.  I only wish I had more time to get to know some of the quite remarkable people that shared the same Clayton experience we had the privilege to have had.  Thanks to Andy for all of his hard work and making this happen and to Paul Wissner who helped me get my bio and pictures entered.
