CHS Memories (Friends, Funniest story, Teachers, Events, Activities, Sports, Songs, Would like to forget…, etc.)

Way too many to count, and I'm sure I'm forgetting a few. Last minute parties at Slavin's, Hartz's or Cassel's. Lisa's pool where I met my future bride (yep, we're still married) Football, Basketball and Track, not very good at any but had a great time with Duke, Robert, Mo, Botch, Maune, Siegel, Fishbein & Holtzman. Friendly rivalry with my cousin Chad from Brentwood. Hangin' with Brad, Michael, Lisa, Bo, Jimmy Bohn, Hartzer, Richard, Susie, Jamie, Kris, & Phil. State wrestling meets (just as a spectator but don't remember ever seeing a match.) Fuzzball and fishing with Larry. Betty Mae's baking and talking with Uncle Bob. Slavin's kitchen. Hartz's basement. MRF. Don't remember much about classes, but a few teachers that were special then and still see today once and a while, Coach Hopper, Doc Morrison, Mr. Droste, Mr. Pikey, Mr. Gnagi, Mr. Geisz, & Dr. Adzick. King of the Hill in the mud. SBA.

One Wife - Tracy, married 29 years ago and things just keep getting better. One Job - the family jewelry business which Tracy and I took over after my Dad passed away over twenty years ago, been at it for 29 years total also. Our son Dan started with us a year ago and now represents the third generation of Huffords Jewelry. After twenty years in Clayton, we finally downsized and moved to a smaller place in Chesterfield and a lot at Innsbrook where we hope to spend a little more time fishing and golfing and slow down a little on the work end. Clayton High was great and I enjoyed the time thoroughly. As I said, I'm sure I've forgotten several things, but am looking forward to seeing everyone and help me remember some of them ( and probably remind me of a few I don't want to remember) Thanks to Andy for doing a great job in bringing this all together. He's really gone beyond the call of duty!
