CHS Memories (Friends, Funniest story, Teachers, Events, Activities, Sports, Songs, Would like to forget…, etc.)
One of my favorite memories was when I sneaked to Michigan to see my boyfriend, Robert Fishel, with Mike Siegal and Richard Cassel. Anytime spent with friends like Michael, Duff, Tracy, Phil, Tina, Tim, Brad, Jamie and Richard, was time well spent. Proms were fun (except for ’74) DEPO, smoking without worry. All good!

After High School (Career, Accomplishments, Favorite Activities, Message to classmates…, etc.)
After graduating from CHS, I attended Marymount College for two years and received my Assoc. Degree in drama and dance. I lived in Arlington, VA for four years after that, working for the Marriott Corporation as an accountant. Quite the stretch. Moved back to St. Louis, MO where I worked for the director of food and beverage at Marriott, St. Louis Airport where I worked at the front desk. Michael and I, on a lark, moved out to Los Angeles, CA and both worked at the LAX Marriott and had a great time for about 10 months. No. No story there. Moved back to St. Louis and decided to do something worthwhile, so I went to Fontbonne College for four years and received my B.A. in Deaf Education. Worked for three years at Missouri School for the Blind, in the deaf/blind/multihandicap Dept, where I met future husband, Greg Savel, who was an Orientation and Mobility Instructor for visually impaired children. Got married in ’88, had the kid in’91, got back into teaching for the Parkway School District in ’99 and have been there ever since. Life is great, life is good. No regrets except that I wish I had kept in contact with Shornick, Hufford, Hartz, Terzian and Warren through the years. Greg is working at Special School District and Gregory is in 7th grade at Parkway West Middle School. Thanks to all who put this shindig together, and I can’t wait to see everyone.
