Married to Cindy (maiden name Fox from St. Louis) for 23 years with two children, Kevin (19) and Jennifer (18).  Kevin and Jennifer both attended Clements High School (CHS) in Sugar Land.  Kevin played varsity high school ice hockey.  Kevin is a freshman at Texas Tech University studying Chemical Engineering.  Jennifer is a high school cheerleader and a cheerleader for an elite competition team outside of school.  Jennifer will attend Texas Tech University later this year and plans to study towards a Math degree.

Graduated from University of Missouri-Columbia in 1978 with a BS degree in Chemical Engineering.  Joined Shell Oil Company at the Wood River Refinery in June 1978.  Completed a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Missouri-Rolla in 1983 while working for Shell.  Have now completed 26 years with Shell Oil Company.  Have moved 5 times between St. Louis, New Orleans , and Houston Texas.  Have settled in Houston for past 10 years.  Just recently assumed a new position as Manager of Global Manufacturing for Shell Chemicals Company.   For the past 5 years, was active in coaching high school hockey.  Also, I continue to play tennis in USTA tennis leagues.  Cindy and I are also active runners – mostly 5K and 10K runs.
